Be careful when buying a "Certified Used Vehicle" from Godrich Toyota

I have been reading several bad reviews on Hello Peter about Godrich Toyota Automark and would like to also add my two cents. Beginning of the year I bought what I thought was a “Certified Used Vehicle”. Later I found out that the original radio had been stripped out and replaced by a much older model. At no time during the sales process was this pointed out to me and I thought I was buying a “Certified Used Vehicle”. I am still fighting this and have recently logged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission (NCC). This is my first Toyota and when I see the excellent levels of service I receive from other Toyota dealers I honestly think that these guys are bringing the Toyota and Automark name into disrepute. Please be very careful when dealing with them and do not believe the “Certified” part. Pity Toyota does not seem to monitor Hello Peter. Tony
