8 months later still no spare keys & registration

I bought a car from Godrich Toyota last year ealry November.<br> <br> its 8 months later and i still dont have the license disc for the car, just got the warranaty papers, and spare keys are still outstanding. The service is very bad, everyone promises you the world but in the end nothing happens or very slow (months) if it actually happens.. <br>
