Non payment of rental deposit after a year.

We moved out of a house we were renting end of February, 2015. <br> Before we left we had problems with rental payments .... but when we left, we were up to date. On 3 separate occasions Godlyn Rentals tried to have us evicted ... <br> <br> On 13th April, 2015.... Godlyn Rentals... who were the Rental Agents sent us an email asking what our Bank details were. This was duly given to them.<br> <br> I have sent emails to them, asking when we can expect our deposit paid back to us .... and if they had paid it, for proof of payment... <br> <br> These are the dates that I have sent emails to them and have yet to have them respond to my query.... <br> <br> 25.01.2016<br> 02.02.2016 <br> 05.02.2016<br> 16.02.2016<br> 07.03.2016<br> <br> I sent Godlyn Rentals a further email on 07.03.16 advising if I had not heard from them on the 7th March..... I would be contacting Hello Peter, Consumer Council, Estate Agency Board and Black Sash for advice. <br> <br> We rented a house for 1 year from a different Rental Agency from 01.03.2015 and our contract ended the end of February 2016 ......they paid our deposit back to us 7 days after we moved out of the house and yet we still wait for Godlyn Rentals. <br> <br> Can you please advise what our next step is?
