GODLYN RENTALS CHARGES TENANTS FOR NOT BEING AMENABLE ENOUGH

As a follow up to my previous review, this is what I have further experienced in trying to get this agency to refund the baseless charges on my rental deposit. Charges based on not being amenable?? This seems spiteful and unfair. How can someone be penalized because they are failing to be "nice"?

Thank you for you email. As previously mentioned we reserved our right to charge the fees we were legally allowed dependingon how amenable you were. As you have decided to keep pursuing this we have decided that you are not being amenable & we should exercise our right to these fees. Please be aware that we have now received & sent 12 emails & had 18 calls. Each email & call is R21 + VAT = R24.15, each discussion is R52+VAT = R59.8, each balance R42+VAT=R48.3. The balance for collection +/- R138 (this will change was the balance owing increases). The balance you owe is R1251.3. If you could meet us half way by kindly settle this we will happy refund you the difference in fire & refuse.
