We had upgrade our solar system with 6 panels a battery and a inverter. They arrived with the wrong battery that is not compatible with my current battery. Then after istalation of the pannels and the inverter we were told the battery we wanted is out of stock. We were then invoiced for the pannels and the inverter inc a COC cert which we paid in full. And to this day I still have no COC. They promise a COC every week and then come up with excuses. They then requested a R500 from me for the COC which I feel is not fair cause I paid what I was invoiced, and this week they told me I need to pay R700 extra if I want my COC. Very dissapointed. If you use them do not pay them in full untill you receive every thing. Or just dont use them at all....
