www.gobundu.com lack of service and more disappointments!

i would like to make a formal complaint regarding the effort and service i received from Lize Cullinane from www.gobundu.com. i have been inquiring about raj's house in ponta do oura, however every attempted of booking i tried to make it turned out that it was already booked. being able to understand such situations, i then tried a soft booking for 9 april - 14 april 2020. i was told by Lize Cullinane that this is impossible as - "I am afraid we do not have rates for 2020 yet and will only receive them in early 2019 . The dates will be available but we cannot hold a reservation without payment". the fact is that i understand these conditions, but as i explained to her. i would like dates of when raj's house will be available. being that there are high seasons and low season i am sure that you guys book raj's house out quite often, therefore you should have a fair knowledge of the availability of the house. so i was hoping to just at least do a soft book so when you do receive the new rates, as decision will be made. thus stopping any other clients booking those dates. but there has been no assistance. i have also in a previous mail to Lize, asked her to assist with any 'on the beach' or 'near the beach' house that will sleep 10 people in ponta. still to now there has been no effort in offers. i found it very sad that the lack of customer service for such a demanding customer has not been taking in to consideration. therefore it has resorted to me filing a complaint on hello peter.

the most sad fact about my whole experience is that i have contacted several travel agents in ponta do oura or handling ponta do oura such as yourselfs e.g mozambiqueaccommodation, tripadvisor, africastay, www.pontadoouro.co.za, pontabeachhouse, wheretostay and mozcon. yet none of these sites have responded to my request.

i was so thrilled to receive an response from gobundu only to be disappointed.

i just find it difficult to believe that one cannot soft book accommodation.
