GOBLIN HOBBIES EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. BE WARNED!

Disgusting service, something you would expect from backyard business. end of 2020 i bought a lot of parts to build a drone, and some tools. i was stuck at work overseas for almost 7 months. when i got back and started opening parts and checking if all is correct my one small drone that i built was not working ass one motor was not spinning. i contacted Goblin hobbies and was met by a person with no interest to help, kept trying to tell me it should be working, sending programing files to fix it but would not listen that a ESC on the boards was damaged. i dropped that discussion and bought a new one as i understand the warranty time has long gone as i was stuck out of SA. my new one came speedy, they were happy to take money for a new one without trying to resolve the first issue. i opened the new one and started it up, all looked good but as soon as i try to fly the drone flips over. i contacted them and again was met with the same attitude as previous even after this just arrived. i sent it back at own costs via courier and asked for a refund as its an out of the box fault....again. still they said they will only try to fix it. i mailed regularly as im far from cape town and was eventually phoned mid week by a man telling me its fine and not really concerned about what i have to say, eventually he says its suddenly fine all that needs to happen is get it flight tested, its now the next Monday. i enquired again this morning via stating my unhappiness and confusion on the subject just to be met by a please be patient mail.

no reading on here and some FB posts it seems this place should not be dealt with or has a massive attitude problem. it is an absolute headache dealing with them with anything other than actually buying an item. i would advise anyone to buy anything other than *****s and cable ties from them as you will have horrible after sales experience guaranteed. if you buy it and its broken, its you problem, hands down the worst service i have encountered with sales in a VERY long time. never again
