Bad Service

I had the worst experience with Goblin Hobbies today. I called 2 days prior to taking my quad in for a small repair so they know what the issue is and the guy said "I have dealt with this exact problem before, it should not take longer than an hour" which was good as I am not from Cape Town... So I took it in at 9am. He said, and I quote again "I just finished with my last build, I will start with yours immediately". 4pm I went to pick up my quad and the whole thing was in pieces, no problem was sorted, no error was diagnosed and all I had was MORE problems and work so I left... Thanks for nothing guys. Damn
