********** I booked with GoBallooning via their website at Goballooning.co.za to experience a hot air balloon ride only to be disappointed with a friend. We paid 6800 and booked two weeks prior for our November flight. A day before the flight, no communication was shared with us,I had to look for them to find out whether our flight was going to happen or not. Bad communication is what it was. The flight was cancelled, they didnt even advise for us to make reservations for another day until I brought it up. We were told the days we could make were fully booked and they didnt communicate with us further until I asked for my refund. They agreed to send a refund form and I have been blueticked and ignored ever since. Do not bother booking with them unless you do not want your money. they are just a ****.Save your money and book for other adventures.
