Refund Outstanding

On 10 July 2024 I paid in Total R620. The 499 for the top and pants and 120 for door to door courier service. Today is the 28th of May 2025 and I still didn't receive my refund despite several messages sent and the Company telling me they will pay me back and send me a gift as an apology token.
