Old meat and bad customer service

I visited the Makhaza branch on Saturday and on Sunday I discovered that the meat is old and it really smelled. Upon returning the meat the customer service was really bad and as replacement I got cut offs, literally pork skin and when I ask the butcher he said it was pork chops😤. After traveling so far to exchange meat I went home with pieces of cut offs
