This is about my experience at Goal Supermarket Delft I was pick pocketed my wallet with cash to the amount of R1000 and some coins by 2 colored ladies on the 12th of March asked the secuty to check on cameras on how it happened as the store was empty she took long and I left saying ill call went to report my ID and cards being lost next day I called and told the security was not in call later 3 day not getting her went on Facebook Page for Goal left a whatsapp message no response went again on their page and find people who had same issues of no response and got Anozuko from head office to ask the issue promised to call back but did not I went to Goal and find admistrator Nondi and she told me Zoliswa their controller said she did not see how I lost my wallet and could not inform me the phones were not working that was 3 days waiting and the assistant manager Sipho took me to see the cameras Siwaphiwe went strait the 2 girls walked in disguises with a hat and a cap Sipho and the guy who is also a security inside the shop says you can see they know their cameras they went strait in ,no baskets nothing walk around shoppers and find me by the fridge one faced me and one on the other side took my wallet and gave it to the athor one whose covering the camera with her back they walked out had a conversation with the securities at the gate and left so my question was why Zoliswa said she did not see all of that went open a case and police went to get a footage and she only gave the part where the 1 girl take the wallet and left only she made the footage into 3 parts and gave him 1 and the police told me she said she'll catch those ladies she knows them they will came back went to phillipi in search of their head office contacts and Charmain assisted me and said their manager will call me and later called by Lwandile the senior manager for Goal in Delft and he asked me to see him the next day at 11am I did had a chat for 2 hours and he said he cannot give all my money I've lost as I had to do my cards and ID up and down from Anozuko saying before I open the case the Goal Owners sad I must wait for them to have a meeting and they will call me if I am not happy then i can open a case they never called when I called back I could not find him wrote to the email on their page no response as Anozuko is also the secretary who opens them so Lwandile said he cannot blame Zoliswa as she deals with a lot in the store I asked why she **** and why she did not give the whole footage to the police he said he'll fight for me to Owners and pay me my R1000 he called a day later and said Owners said they can't pay because they not sure I had that amount in my wallet and they offered to give a combo of R99 and I was shocked and felt insulted as my trolley was full so it means I was crazy as I find out my wallet was ****** at the shop when I was supposed to pay at the till I told him he was lying the Owners dont know the whole story I called many time to asked when can I come about the combo and I coul not get him till today I'm going to publish this in all social platforms where I want Goal customers to know this ,we not safe at their store they working with ********s and the police did not even question Zoliswa why she **** and the reason she could not stop them and why their picture are not hanging in all the stores Lwandile said they can't put them for public as they know they will come back and the worse part Delft police asked me to come with the usb to keep the footage in my docket and later I got an sms that the case is closed so be on the lookout Goal customers in DELFT
