Unauthorized debit orders
Wanted to contact them today. Cancelled beginning of Feb 2015. So about 12 Feb the last debit order goes off. Ok, that's fine. Why today an extra R199.00? Why all these extra's. Telephone number does not exist today!!!<br> <br> Interesting.

The customer service centre's internet is down , due to a technical fault at our service provider, hence the reason for no telephony. As stated Diann will contact you as soon as the internet and telephony are restored.
