No Ceiling for two months

We are renting a property in Bendor Gardens Polokwane and our ceiling started falling apart. We informed 2go Properties of the damage and they said they will fix it. This was in December 2015, in January we reminded these people of our situation but nothing has been done till this day. We pay rent a month earlier every month and they are taking their share of agency fee without working for it.
