Deposit Refund empty promises

We were renting Orion unit 12 in Sterpark. Since we moved out on 28 June 2025 we haven't received our security deposit. This after the owner committed to refund our deposit. Weekly promises are made by Boki and Charles but it is what is... Just empty promised. The contract states "they will not deposit the money into a interest bearing account". Although I paid the deposit into Go2 Properties account, or so I thought, I later found out that the deposit is kept by the owner only known as Charles and he will decide when to refund my deposit. He doesn't even bother to reply on what apps sent. This after we have spend a lot of time and money to get the property in a livable condition. The agent, Cathrine also did not even include us in the inspection before we moved on. Please think twice before you rent any properties from Go2 Properties - Boki Heinemann
