lost fridge and 4 plate stove at GO STORE IT strotage facility-EAST LONDON

In August i rented a storage facility for all of my household furniture because i was looking for a flat to rent. I had a month agreement with them, so at the end of July i went there to take my goods because i was moving to a new apartment. I was so shocked to find out that my Samsung metallic water dispenser fridge and 4 plate defy stove were not there, funny enough because when i got there the garage they allocated to me was locked, I used a key to open it and there was nothing showing that there was a break in everything was still intact except for the fridge and the stove that were not there. Go store it is a legal storage facility that is situated in Wes bank in East London. There is a security at the gate with a remote that controls the gate when you go there. Fortunately enough for me that day i was taking my thing their office was still opened because it was during office hours. I went to report to Geraldine who is their receptionist there, and she came to this garage where my things were kept. She said it’s the 1st time happening they never had an incident like this, she was also suprised.I said to can she please check their cameras if how did this happened because obviously security must have seen something because he is the one who has the remote to and from the garages where goods are stored, i was so shocked when she told me they don’t have cameras. I asked for a control sheet where car who goes in and out of the storage facility signs for their car, and she also told me that they don’t have a control record. People who visits the facility they just drove in and out without identifying themselves. I couldn’t believe it because in this GO STORE IT they also store cars for people who wants to rent garage for their cars whilst they are out of town or away for a certain period of time. She said she will forward this to her management they will get back to me, that was Monday the 29th August. Tuesday i decided to go and check them, I drove there and she told me she forwarded e-mail to her manager and he even called him reporting this, so she is still waiting for his response he will get back to me.Wensday the 1st of September there was still nothing form them, I mean even a phone call from the sooo called manager or management of Go store it Park storage facility, just to call and check u on me as their client who lost goods in their premises., i had to call the receptionist myself again on Wednesday and then she told me that the manager has responded via e-mail i must check my e-mail. I checked my e-mail and i was so surprise if how other so called manager they treat their customer/ they do business. See attached email from that selfish manager

From: Graham Botha [mailto:graham.botha@ amsecurity.co.za]
Sent: 31 August 2016 04:04 PM
To: ********** /> Subject: INCIDENT AT SPLASH PARK
Importance: High

Good Afternoon Wade,

Re: Incident at Splash Park

We have spoken to the security on site and he knows nothing about an oven or fridge being removed from the property and if there was one that was fetched he would have known about it.
