No Refund 6 months later?!

<p>Booked for a once in a life time shark cage diving experience for 11 October 2016. Booke dand paid in the UK. Unfortunately due to bad weather we were unable to dive. The company promises a 100% money back guarantee.... I am still waiting.</p> <p>Numerous emails and phone calls later and I am still waiting. Now if you call, they either don't answer and you have to leave a message (which they don't reply to) or they do answer and then put the phone down on you when you ask for your refund.</p> <p>Bad bad and poor customer service. Will never recommend them to anyone else. </p>
