Con Artists!

<p>My son-in-law from Australia booked and paid with Go Shark Diving in Cape Town. The Company cancelled the dive for him and my daughter due to weather conditions. They were not able to rebook as they were only in Cape Town for the weekend. They were promised a refund. 6 weeks later and numerous phone calls from Australia to Cape Town and they have been met with endless promises about their refund. I called yesterday and spoke to a lady called Tanya who yet again promised the refund. When I informed her that it was not acceptable after 6 weeks of the same story, she accused me of being abusive and slammed the phone down on me. The amount of the refund is approximately R3000. I believe that Go Shark Diving are taking advantage of the situation as they know they are from Australia and believe they have no recourse! Disgusting Company!!</p>
