Very bad service!

Sales process good and well, I make payment, all still good and well then it comes to delivering the goods in good condition and ensuring customer satisfaction after the goods are delivered. Very bad and not well at all. first 2 technicians forget some cables back at their office, promise to return and never do. Closed late waiting for them. Different technician sent out brings the required cables but notices still there are some network cables missing. He goes back and am promised someone will be sent through with it I call several other people at your office, but still nothing. I make call after call trying to follow up but still nobody comes through. New technician is sent on the Monday afternoon after waiting all morning for him. He reattempts to improve on the previous guys works but he also is unable to finish the job. I again wait a full day with no assistance after all the promises I get over the phone that someone is on the way. I have been losing money in the business, having to constantly call your the company, and having to wait and wait. I'm stuck with equipment that does not function. I want my money back. Thank you for NO service!!!
