PATHETIC COMPANY - GO NY TOURS

This company is ************* and should not be used. I was incorrectly charged for a tour that I did not order due to the sales representatives haste and yet despite trying to rectify the matter with the companies supervisor and customer service - they cannot be bothered. I have also read numerous reports online that their tours are of inferior quality and substance & advise the public not to even consider using Go New York Tours - when you see the green bus or staff with the green uniforms - run in the other direction - they are a ********* company.
