Epic fail of a company

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company. Buhle the lady who does the quotes is highly unprofessional. She offers a quote which I accept then on the day of the move calls me to advise the amount has changed. She says her guys will arrive with blankets to protect the finiture, which they don't. They dragged my furniture in the floor, scratched my wooden furniture and double door fridge. They arrive with a dirty truck and proceed to clean it while loading. My Serta mattress is filthy, walls were scratched and left dirty as they are negligent. They then proceeded to damage the wall of the property I moved into and demanded full payment before fixing the wall. Buhle fails to accept responsibility for the damage done by her *********** guys and is rude, threatening and demanding. These people are chances and do not deserve your business. Avoid them at all costs.
