Bad service and bad quality parts

Bad quality after market parts, I bought a timing belt and other car parts from them. The belt broke in less than a month. I send it back to them and the sales person after several calls told me that they sent the belt back to the manufacturer in Korea.

Today I phoned the sales person and he said the belt is in Korea, but I won't be able to get it back.

He gave me the supplier's name and number. I phoned him and he told me that the belt gone missing when he moved to a new premises. He is a very rude person with a bad attitude.

The belt never left the country. They don't want to take responsibility for the defective belt.
