Unprofessional service

I bought a brand new mini quad from Gokart SA, within the first week the quad broke down. I phoned Gavin and explained to him the quad has lock up the back wheels while my son (5) was driving. He asked me to return the quad to have a look. His son Ryan said to me his dad will contact me the same night. This was on the 3rd of Feb but I did not hear anything, after many failed attempts I was about to give up. His phone was constantly switch off and I did not get any response on email as well. <br> Finally got hold of Gavin via email and he informed me the quad was ready and the clutch lock up (factory fault according to him.) I arrange to collect the quad on the 14th Feb at his house he confirm the appointment. I drove 90km to his house and after many failed attempts no one answer the gate and his phone was turned off again. We stood for about an hour outside the complex when a visitor opens the gate and we got hold of Ryan <br> The second time my son used his present I had to stop him to tighten and put back all the bolts on the engine mountings as one fell out as his made a turn. I will now check all the bolts before any use again. <br> I would like to inform future buyers to be careful
