Kart freaks Margate " What a ******* "

Was in Marget this weekend for holiday 03/01/2020 , every time when we down there it's become our tradition to go , go karting at" Kart Freaks " before ending our holiday . Was advised at the counter if you purchase more laps the cheaper it gets , So paid R200 for two of us . While waiting our turn the pervious customer/ driving the kart drove into the pits with full speed ,crashing to a stop. He then got out the kart and said he had no brakes the whole race . Then it was our turn ,jump into another kart . Took of and the same thing happened to me could not stop and bumped the wall twice when a piece of rubber came of the kart, was flagged to the pits . Only completing two of the 15 laps paid for , thinking they were going to give me another kart they said I was disqualified due bumping the wall twice , spoke to them and told the kart had no brakes how was I suppose to stop . but they didn't want he hear anything , I just feel I was ripped of due to the poor maintenance of the go karts
