Unable to cancel

Tried cancelling in May of this year. Filled out the forms as prescribed, yet have proceeded to debit my account for the past 5 months. Unable to contact the company as they've changed brand to Project Gym, without contact information. My contract was until December of this year. If a debit order proceeds in January I will be filing a suit against this company. Fortunately I have an email paper trail showing cancellation submissions as well as the original contract with the terms. GOHealth club? more like Go **** yourself club
