Terrible!!! Unable to cancel contract

My husband and I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years and the fees have gone up significantly while the equipment and facilities remained outdated despite requests for upgrades. We are on the month to month option and have been trying to cancel this contract for weeks now. The process is ridiculous. They insist on filling in an online request and promise to contact you within 7 days yet do no such thing. The club itself is unable to help. This feels like a strategy to keep taking our money. Very unprofessional.
