GoHealth ...GoToHell

Cancellation is a nightmare. You are required to complete a Form via their website. Two weeks later no response + no joy from phoning the contact number listed. Physically went into Durban North branch to cancel and was met with a really apathetic attitude and told that they had a backlog of admin going back months. I was assured that I would receive an email confirming .cancellation immediately. Three hours later and no email ... Downright pathetic
