GO Health/Motion Fitness not paying Fitness Instructors

I have been with GO Health since they started and watched them grow in the early years of their business. I became an instructor there and helped promote the club and encourage new membership. I was dedicated to the members and my classes that I conducted. About a year ago they were bought out my Motion Fitness but kept the branding as GO Health. Lock Down was a struggle for all gyms and fitness studios but upon return they asked us as instructors to help market the brand and encourage membership as well as run our classes. They have refused to pay us for the classes all instructors have done as we did not have enough people in the classes. Despite our efforts and commitment, we have received nothing. After taking it up with management, nothing happened. They blatantly refuse to pay for our services. Therefore, we as a group have decide to take this matter legal. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GYM - they do not care about the members or the staff.
