Go Health *******

This institution does not even deserve a single star. i have been relentlessly trying to confirm cancellation of my membership since last year Nov 2019 despite being told when i signed up i could cancel at anytime as it was not a contract but month to month. Since starting they have undergone 2 ownership changes namely project Health and now are owned by Motion Fitness. all mail addresses i have used in the past now come back as non existent and trying to contact the new head office is also no point. They relentlessly debit my account monthly and to top it all while all other reputable gyms have frozen membership fees over lock-down they still want to take take take. I have called, mailed been to the then Go Health Club in Fairlands JHB but their arrogance and refusal to stop with their illicit deductions goes on unabated. just yesterday they tried to debit my account yet again. its affecting my credit score as i have to either return the debit order or again at my cost put a stop order on this debit which also does not go through always on the same day so its fruitless to put a stop order on it. they are the most ********* bunch i have ever come across. Disgusted to say the least.
