Go health gym Fairland

I tried cancelling my membership and the Go Health club was closed from the 26 of March 2020 till level 2 off the lockdown, with no way of getting in contact with them. This was already 7 months that they debited my account, now when I contacted them to cancel this contract they are demanding a cancellation fee, after debiting my account for months whilst the gym was closed. The person responding to my email does not even read my email correctly or answer my questions - he keeps copying and pasting the same response. please dont join this gym.
