DON'T SIGN UP - YOU'LL NEVER GET OUT

Never have I heard of a company demanding payments for services they could not provide!! I lost my job because of Covid and the last thing I was to do is spend money on a gym membership that I can't attend - what am I paying you guys for?? Its obviously not for staff salaries because I am convinced no-one works here. It took MONTHS to get a response to my emails, the number provided rings and rings and rings and the email address they gave for any queries bounces back? An absolute disaster and disgrace, I am utterly appalled at the unprofessional conduct of this company, and to think once upon a time I enjoyed coming to the Gym... How naive.
