DISGUSTING ***** AND THEIVES WHO REFUSE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS AND DEBIT ORDERS

I've never encountered such ******** business practice before. The guy who signed me never said anything about cancellation, the impression was that it would fall away.

I got a call from Go Health in March asking if I wanted to renew. I said NO. In April they *******ly re-actived the debit order and took money. When I went in the woman I spoke to said they "changed systems" and that all it was. My contact only expiers in May. (which was a lie). In June they took more money from my account.

I went in again. Was told that they don't have authority to cancel account I must e-mail. So I did.

Gerhard Gouse called me. He apologised and then proceed to promise that they would cancel the account and that I would be refunded for April, May and June. I told him that I wanted it in writing and he said he would e-mail me. To this day, I'm still waiting for that written confirmation.

I am now forced to go to my bank and my account protected against them and their lies.

HOW CAN A BUSINESS TRAIN ALL THEIR STAFF TO BE *****. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THEY EMPLOY.
