Ended my contract after a year since I was moving. Discovered that they were still taking my membership fee via debit order. Spoke to nice lady on phone in the finance department who apologised and said "don't worry the debit order is properly cancelled now, and we will refund the two payments". I thought great. UNTIL THEY TOOK ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER OFF MY ACCOUNT THE VERY NEXT MONTH. Had to go dispute the debit orders with my bank. My bank refunded 2 of the three debit orders at a cost of R80 to me. I am STILL out of pocket for the first debit order of R500 which was *******ly taken from my bank account.
