Continuous debit even after cancellation 3 months ago

Cancelled my membership in February. Up to this month I am still being debited! I have sent countless emails requesting a refund and phoned in twice! The two ladies that I spoke to said they will call me back and NEVER EVER CALLED ME BACK. Please don't ever sign up for a debit order with this company
