Can't contact gym: cancellation issues

Good day, I actually love Go Health Gym Durban North, the staff are very friendly and always awesome to be around. The gym itself is absolutely clean and upbeat. I really love how easy it is keeping track of your training and all that the gym offers from training programs, classes to events and equipment to work with.

Unfortunately I am in desperate need to cancel my membership. I've been trying for over a month now almost two months. I've tried calling at least 15 times and the call just cuts off and tells me to redial, I've tried the other gym contacts and when they transfer me to the Durban North gym it cuts off again, I've tried cancelling via the website 5 times, if not more, and no one has contacted me yet or sent me an email. I've even sent an email to the recommended address that was given to me by one of the staff members and came back as undeliverable or failed to send. This is really frustrating and my patience is running thin. I'm paying for a membership that I am trying to cancel and I can't get in touch with anyone who can help me. Please can someone help me with this issue?
