Cancellation of contract 7 months later, still not cancelled.

I had an accident and cant use my limbs much and I informed the manager in May at Fairlands to cancel my contract! I was bed ridden and all my finances where to cover this particular period, they continued to debit me. 2 of their debits bounced and they continued to do so from May till now. Again I requested for cancellation and no response , their website doesn’t work! I am being harrassed now by a debtors clerk who by the name diligently sends me emails every week but can not reapond to my many requests to cancel the account as I might never use a gym in my life ! This gym is a **** and the sales rep lie to people to make them join and then not respond when customers require additional service! I want my contract cancelled
