Thinking of joining GoHealth? DON’T!!! It’s a real ****!!

I was with the Momentum Multiply Loyalty programme because one of their partner gyms GoHealth, gave 100% rebates. On 5 December, I received a promotional email from Multiply saying that GoHealth will no longer be a partner in 2020. I emailed Multiply and they confirmed the GoHealth partnership termination. I immediately contacted GoHealth to cancel my contract, and they asked for a calendar months’ notice. This was unfair because neither GoHealth nor Multiply gave me adequate notice of the changes, thus I in turn couldn’t terminate my contract in time, as required by GoHealth. GoHealth blames Multiply, and vice versa for the lack of timeous communication. Multiply says ‘it’s between me and the third party’. I took the loss and carried out the contract to the end, but now the *****ed GoHealth won’t pay me my December rebate, even though the GoHealth/ Multiply partnership ended at the end of December! Obviously GoHealth just couldn’t be bothered and Momentum simply looks the other way.
