At first the person who runs this business makes you feel comfortable answering all your questions, gave me an address of where I can come and have a look at the stove. She send me the catalogue and pictures of the stove and were friendly and helpful at first. After I paid for the stove I did not hear from her, much later she got back to me and said she received the money and has paid the supplier. She will pick it up from the supplier and has another client to meet so she will deliver on Monday. Monday came and nothing, when I messaged her she said she can only pick up from the supplier and will meet with the client on Tuesday. Tuesday she had another excuse and she said she will definitely deliver on Wednesday. Wednesday we did not hear from her and we tried to call, we messaged and even drove to the address that she gave me. Nothing! Much later she responded and apologise for the service and that she will refund us. On Thursday she messaged saying she will refund me during the day and nothing, later she responded to my message and say she will definitely do it at night and make the money available immediately. That was the last communication, she did not pay back the refund and I did not get a stove delivered as well, she is also not responding to messages or phone calls. In the process of trying to solve this issue I have found out that she has been doing this to more people.
