Bad service

I would like to complained about go green spares in modimolle town Limpopo, I buy 5 liter of engen oil to them, the oil was high expencive and my boss ask me to return it back to store, then they refused accept their oil back while was not open, they just telling me about their terms and conditions while electronic parts are not allowed to return it back to store, but oil and electronic parts are not the same thing.
