The lady is always sour and has a terrible attitude. The gentleman has the kind of comments that make me want to cancel my order; but I have always "already paid". I buy daily, sometimes twice per day - I have the same bad experience every single day. Not interested in going back any longer. Get staff that present your brand in a positive light.
