i could have choked

on the 8th of january 2016 i bought a chocolote chip cookie from GO GO located in the building which i work in, number 11 on adderley street. took a bite of my cookie and discovered a piece of metal inside that i nearly swallowed, went back and the lady phoned the manager klara who was not present at the coffee shop. she told the manager what had happened and asked her over the phone if she could speak to the customer (Me) she obviously said no because the lady then just put the phone down and told me that i could take anything i wanted, i then took another cookie, a cooldrink and dry sausage. she then called the manager to explain what i had taken, the manager who refused to speak to me told her that i could only take one item, i took the cookie. i find this to be a huge problem as this object was a metal circle with fairly sharp points, i could have chocked and it could have been worse. its a bad situation for go go as this has never happened before. im highly dissapointed.
