Totally disgusted

Just joined a few months ago and I've been trying to book without any luck both on the app and on their website, and only very few places to choose from nothing of what the consultant said. I also called the *** number at 15:15 on 04/06/2021 no answer on the phone, and the automatic reply said they are open from 08:00am to 4:00pm Mon to Friday. I have been going thru Hello peter and there is not even one compliment about this company and everyone who writes a review about them wants to cancel, I too am in the verge of cancelling because of that and a few other reasons. I am sure they're much better holiday companies than that with better service. Totally disgusted
