Struggling to book a simple vacation

Im really disturbed and annoyed at how you run your business. My mum was sold into joining your club (People were quick to assist in making her join) but when she needs help with booking for vacation or trying to understand how she needs to go about it, no one wants to help. We are frustrated at the fact that we wanted to book for vacation in Mpumalanga since June and your agents have been giving us the run arounds. The places we wanted to go to are not avialable anymore. That is bad business practices!!! The way we have been calling is ridiculars.... Can you please have someone call us on *** ASAP as we want to book for December.
