***********. Wish I was warned before.

I took up membership last month and early May I tried to cancel membership but was told I am ********. This after having explained about my financial status which has taken a bad turn and I cannot afford it anymore. I was told I must pay close to R5000 and that I would forfeit the deposit already paid. They even continued to debit the first premium despite the request of cancelation.

How can I take this up with the ombudsman? My kids will not go hungry because of these professional ****ers. I want my money back.
