Poor customer service gogo getaways

Becareful of holiday group called gogo getaways. They promise you heaven on earth when they want you to sign up. After that you're on your own. After paying a deposit they said id get loggin details the following day. Fast forward a few days after sending emails and watsapp. I told them I want a refund, all of a sudden they sent me login details. I paid my membership every month for about a year. My first attempt at booking was an utter failure. Again, they don't answer emails or calls. Only after I requested to cancel my membership they decided to call the following day. Now they want me to pay cancelation fee for their non service. That is the most pathetic service ever, I want a refund. I never went on 1 holiday, after paying for a year
