Gogo getaways ******s

Bad experience with the company named gogo getaways they refusing to cancel my membership saying I have pay the cancellation fee first of which if i don't pay they keep debiting my account .I joined in Oct and told them I can only pay joining fee in December and the lady told I'm not gonna be active member after paying and I have 5 days to cancel after being an active member now it's a different story they say I have been a member since I joined in October but was not active oooh yes confusing I guess .They ddin"t even give me the login details as a member not even a single call and I have to pay over 5000 for cancellation saying i was a member... can someone help with this people this is a serious ****....please be aware this of ****s called GOGO TOUCH DOWN GETWAYS U WILL BE ******
