Gogo getaways is a deducting money every month but they can't help with the bookings

I have been trying to make bookings since January till now even the office they are telling me that they can't help yet on the other side they deduct from my account every month. I feel that they only ******** ppl until we pay until we pay until we turn blue but with no service
