GOGO GETAWAYS A RIPOFF

So we took out a holiday club with Touch down group which they now call themselves GOGO GETAWAYS,So on our contract it was stated that we will get one free holiday a year and points.We paid all their deposits and they deducted their monthly debits of which we never missed ,now we want to book for a holiday they telling us that we must pay around R3500+ For accomodation of which we find it very disgusting and feel that they are ripping us off.The lady by the name of Maria M is also very rude and unhelpful she ended up dropping the phone whilst we were talking to her.We asked for a copy of contract which she never sent.Whatever you guys do please do not join this people, they are a ripoff,they just want to eat people's money and not give anything in return.They sell false information at their presentation.
