They failed to book me even 1 holiday but they are happy to take my joining fee and monthly debit orders. Even their assistants failed to get me a booking, they’ll tell you that they are booked out for the whole year so there’s nothing they can do. If you attempt to cancel the contract they’ll tell you you need to pay a cancellation fee but they fail to deliver on the service they promised, I ended failing to understand what service they are offering because all I see is debit orders going off and don’t live up to the end of their bargain. My advice, don’t bother signing up because you’ll be signing up for a bunch of disappointments. I’m actually ashamed I made 2 of my friends sign up only to get the same disappointment :-(
