Disappointed client

Good day, my name is Ncumisa Nosizwe Moyo, please note that l have a problem with Go go getaways, l signed a contract with them, it's almost one year now, l paid R2, 900 joining fee, and R488 monthly premium, l never ever used any cent, each and every time when you need a vacation there is always stories, they will say the accommodation is not available for week end, they will suggest during the week, we are working during the week, now it's almost 3 months trying to cancel this contract, they keep on deducting from my account, l don't know what is the problem, they benefited a lot. They are not helpful the only thing that they are doing is to reap people off, l will never ever recommend people to take a contract with these people, even now they keep on deducting from my account, please l need help,
